What’s great about De Blanke Top is that they think along with your home situation to make it as pleasant as possible for you in terms of working hours and days. I left the hotel business for a while, but I really missed it. Working in a normal restaurant is different from working in a hotel restaurant. In a hotel restaurant you often have the same guests and you see them again every day. You create a real connection with your guests, which gives me a lot of satisfaction.“
