ACTIVITIES
YOGA
We practice the traditional hatha yoga where we start from the unity of body and consciousness where our breath is the connection. In class there is a balanced division between standing, sitting and lying postures. We always look for the right balance between relaxation and strength.
The exercises range from subtle to challenging and there is always focus on each individual’s capabilities, with emphasis on relaxation, concentration and meditation.
Saturdays 10-11 AM. On the beach if the weather is good.
MOUNTAINBIKE EXPERIENCE
Discover the beautiful Zeeland coast on the mountain bike (available through the hotel). Under the guidance of an instructor, you will discover the rugged cycle paths along the dunes. Nature reserve ‘t Zwin is the hotspot in this cycling tour. You start with an introduction to and instruction of the mountain bike, after which you take a two-hour bike ride in the vicinity.
Both novice and experienced athletes can participate, you participate at your own pace and experience.
