Restaurant Le Sommet is a restaurant serving classic French cuisine with a modern touch. Exquisite food and warm hospitality with a beautiful sea view. In our restaurant, anything is possible: business meetings, a romantic tete-a-tete, or a rendezvous with friends. Open daily from 18.00 until 22.00 hrs.
Bar Brasserie Henriette is a cozy, casual meeting place for family and friends, or business meetings. Sit down for a fresh aperitif with an accompanying bite or a delicious lunch. Bar Brasserie Henriette is open daily from 11:00 until 22:00 hrs. Lunch menu: daily from 12.00 until 15.00 hrs. Finger food & bites: daily from 12.00 until 22.00 hrs.
Good morning. The variety of warm breads, local cheeses and vitalising nuts and seeds are just the start of the extensive breakfast in Restaurant Dunes. Restaurant Dunes is open every day from 8.00 until 10.30 hrs. Are you not staying at the hotel? Then we kindly invite you to make a reservation.

THE WINE HOUSE

In The Wine House, you will be introduced to wines. In addition, Sommelier Quinten Missiaen will gladly tell you more about different grape varieties. Every Saturday afternoon from 14:00 to 16:00 for 49 euros per person. For more information and reservations, please contact the reception.

PRIVATE DINING

Hotel De Blanke Top has four private dining areas: ideal for an intimate dinner or private lunch. In the “Zwartepolder” or “Zandpolder”, you and a group of up to 18 people can dine on refined flavours from the kitchen of Restaurant Le Sommet. The “Zwinpolder” and “Vlamingpolder” rooms provide more space, so here we serve groups of up to 45 people.
