What will you do?
As an independent cook, you’ll fully participate in the kitchen and ensure everything runs smoothly on your work station.
Preparing mise en place such as chopping and setting up
Preparing dishes during lunch and dinner
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Contributing to the preparation and planning
Working with fresh products and delivering constant quality
You are responsible for your own work, but you always work together with the team.

Cook training level 3 or equivalent experience

The team
You will be working in a young and energetic team under the leadership of Chef Martin Philipse. The atmosphere is informal, but we work hard and strive for quality. Collaboration and self-development are central.

What does a day look like?
You start around 10:00 am with preparations and ensure everything is ready for the day. Then you’ll get to work with the mise en place. During service, it’s all about pace and teamwork, and you’ll make sure your dishes leave the kitchen perfectly. After dinner, you’ll clean the kitchen together and finish the day relaxed with your colleagues.
